What a session looks like
Session lengths are 90 minutes to 2 hours. Each session involves discussing a particular issue in depth, isolating issues that need attention and exploring strategies for success.
Like to see your changes on paper? I provide a report on how you’ve changed after working with me. By completing an online survey before our first session and after a set period of time, you’ll be able to see graphically just how much you’ve changed. That’s how confident I am in my process.
Sessions are available in Brisbane West or via Skype or phone.

All sessions come with unlimited email contact after the first session.
